How much time will I need each week?

While they complement each other beautifully, Nutritional Therapy and Health Coaching each have a slightly different focus.
Nutritional Therapy is all about addressing the root causes of your symptoms using a bio-individual approach. Together, we’ll take a deep dive into how your body is functioning: digestion, blood sugar, nutrient status, and more... and create a plan using food, lifestyle shifts, and targeted recommendations to bring your body back into balance. It’s very focused on the “what” and “why” behind your symptoms and how to physically support your body to heal.
Health Coaching, on the other hand, is designed to support the “how”. It’s where we explore mindset, habits, and the barriers that might be keeping you stuck. I’ll guide you through setting meaningful goals, uncovering blind spots, and helping you create sustainable shifts, so those nutrition and lifestyle recommendations actually stick and feel doable in real life.

When we work together, it’s all about you... your body, your story, and your healing. As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, my job is to help you tune into your body’s needs and give it exactly what it’s asking for through bio-individual nutrition and lifestyle support.

Step 1: Free 20-Minute Discovery Call
We’ll start with a no-cost, no-pressure Discovery Call via Zoom. This is your chance to share what’s been going on with your health, tell me about your goals, and see if Nutritional Therapy feels like the right next step. Before we meet, you’ll fill out a short health history form so we can dive right into what matters most to you.
Step 2: Schedule Your Initial Assessment
If it feels like a good fit after our call, you’ll have the option to move forward and book your Initial Nutritional Assessment. This is where your healing journey officially begins!
Step 3: Prep for Your First Session
Before our first session together, you’ll complete a few simple but powerful tools, including a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) and a 3-day Food & Mood Journal. These will give us deeper insights into your current health picture and help us map out a clear, supportive plan that’s designed just for you.
Step 4: In-Depth Initial Session
In our first 60-90 minute session, we’ll take a deep dive into your health story: your NAQ, Food & Mood Journal, health history, current concerns, and lifestyle patterns. Together, we’ll zoom out and look at the full picture: nutrition, digestion, stress, sleep, and more. This is where we start defining your long-term goals and laying the foundation for your healing journey.
Step 5: Personalized Recommendations
After our initial session, I’ll craft a personalized plan tailored to your bio-individual needs because no two bodies or healing paths are the same. Expect nutrition and lifestyle recommendations designed to address the root causes behind your symptoms, so we can help your body restore balance from the inside out.
Step 6: Ongoing Support & Follow-Up Sessions
Your follow-ups are where the magic happens! We’ll use these sessions to track your progress, reassess what’s working (or not), and fine-tune your plan so you stay aligned with your goals. It’s all about helping you feel supported, confident, and clear as you move forward.

We’ll zoom in on the symptoms that are impacting your daily life the most, so we can prioritize where to focus first for relief and momentum.
Foundational Health Priorities & Root Causes
We’ll map out the key areas where your body needs support and uncover how imbalances might be affecting your energy, digestion, mood, and overall vitality.
Personalized Nutrition & Lifestyle Recommendations
Based on your unique bio-individual needs, I’ll craft recommendations to nourish and support your body from the ground up... no cookie-cutter plans here!
Ongoing Follow-Up Sessions
You’ll also get continued support through follow-up sessions to fine-tune your plan, track your progress, and make sure you’re moving steadily toward your health goals.
I get it, tracking your food and mood can sound tedious, but trust me, it’s one of the most powerful tools we’ll use together.
This journal helps us zoom in on your eating habits, food choices, and how they’re influencing your energy, mood, and overall well-being. It’s how we start uncovering hidden patterns: things that might be quietly supporting your progress or quietly getting in your way.
It’s also where those “aha!” moments often come from, connecting what you eat to how you feel, sleep, and show up in life. Whether it reveals a hidden trigger or highlights habits we can tweak, this journal gives us the insight we need to create real, lasting change.
Great question and the honest answer is: healing is a process, not a sprint.
To create real, lasting change, I typically recommend committing to at least 3 months of focused work. Some clients notice shifts earlier, but here’s the thing: your symptoms likely didn’t show up overnight, and the path to healing takes time, patience, and consistency.
You’re not just investing in sessions: you’re investing in your long-term wellness. The transformation that happens when you give your body time and support? It’s priceless. And you are worth every bit of that effort.
Life happens and I totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, no worries. I just ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice so we can adjust your appointment and keep you moving forward on your health journey.
All packages and individual sessions are non-refundable, and cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of that session and funds. But don’t worry, I’m here to work with you! Planning ahead helps us stay aligned with your goals and makes sure you get the full value of our work together.
