While they complement each other beautifully, Nutritional Therapy and Health Coaching each have a slightly different focus.
Nutritional Therapy is all about addressing the root causes of your symptoms using a bio-individual approach. Together, we’ll take a deep dive into how your body is functioning: digestion, blood sugar, nutrient status, and more... and create a plan using food, lifestyle shifts, and targeted recommendations to bring your body back into balance. It’s very focused on the “what” and “why” behind your symptoms and how to physically support your body to heal.
Health Coaching, on the other hand, is designed to support the “how”. It’s where we explore mindset, habits, and the barriers that might be keeping you stuck. I’ll guide you through setting meaningful goals, uncovering blind spots, and helping you create sustainable shifts, so those nutrition and lifestyle recommendations actually stick and feel doable in real life.
The magic happens when you combine both... deep healing at the cellular level and lasting behavior change.
When we work together, it’s all about you... your body, your story, and your healing. As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, my job is to help you tune into your body’s needs and give it exactly what it’s asking for through bio-individual nutrition and lifestyle support.

Step 1: Free 20-Minute Discovery Call
We’ll start with a no-cost, no-pressure Discovery Call via Zoom. This is your chance to share what’s been going on with your health, tell me about your goals, and see if Nutritional Therapy feels like the right next step. Before we meet, you’ll fill out a short health history form so we can dive right into what matters most to you.
Step 2: Schedule Your Initial Assessment
If it feels like a good fit after our call, you’ll have the option to move forward and book your Initial Nutritional Assessment. This is where your healing journey officially begins!
Step 3: Prep for Your First Session
Before our first session together, you’ll complete a few simple but powerful tools, including a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) and a 3-day Food & Mood Journal. These will give us deeper insights into your current health picture and help us map out a clear, supportive plan that’s designed just for you.
Step 4: In-Depth Initial Session
In our first 60-90 minute session, we’ll take a deep dive into your health story: your NAQ, Food & Mood Journal, health history, current concerns, and lifestyle patterns. Together, we’ll zoom out and look at the full picture: nutrition, digestion, stress, sleep, and more. This is where we start defining your long-term goals and laying the foundation for your healing journey.
Step 5: Personalized Recommendations
After our initial session, I’ll craft a personalized plan tailored to your bio-individual needs because no two bodies or healing paths are the same. Expect nutrition and lifestyle recommendations designed to address the root causes behind your symptoms, so we can help your body restore balance from the inside out.
Step 6: Ongoing Support & Follow-Up Sessions
Your follow-ups are where the magic happens! We’ll use these sessions to track your progress, reassess what’s working (or not), and fine-tune your plan so you stay aligned with your goals. It’s all about helping you feel supported, confident, and clear as you move forward.
When we work together in a Health Coaching setting, it’s all about you leading the way and me walking alongside you as a partner and guide.
In our sessions, you can expect a safe, supportive space where we’ll explore your goals, what’s getting in the way, and how you can move forward with clarity and confidence. We’ll dig into mindset, habits, and the small but powerful steps that will help you create real, lasting change.
This isn’t about me telling you what to do... it’s about helping you tap into your own wisdom and making sure you feel empowered to take action that aligns with your life and your values.
Expect curiosity, accountability, and plenty of “aha!” moments as we work together to create sustainable shifts, one step at a time.
Great question and the honest answer is: healing is a process, not a sprint.
To create real, lasting change, I typically recommend committing to at least 3 months of focused work. Some clients notice shifts earlier, but here’s the thing: your symptoms likely didn’t show up overnight, and the path to healing takes time, patience, and consistency.
You’re not just investing in sessions: you’re investing in your long-term wellness. The transformation that happens when you give your body time and support? It’s priceless. And you are worth every bit of that effort.
Life happens and I totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, no worries. I just ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice so we can adjust your appointment and keep you moving forward on your health journey.
All packages and individual sessions are non-refundable, and cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of that session and funds. But don’t worry, I’m here to work with you! Planning ahead helps us stay aligned with your goals and makes sure you get the full value of our work together.
